Usage:
L-Tryptophan (Abbreviated Try) is one of human and animal essential amino acids. But it can’t be synthesized by the body.
Like other amino acids, L-Tryptophan is one of the building blocks of protein. But unlike some amino acids, L-Tryptophan is considered essential because the body can’t manufacture its own.
